If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Important: EarnFlow is operated by MonieFlex Technology Limited, a company registered in Nigeria with RC 9275314. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EarnFlow.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication for enhanced security.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
Payment Partners: We use Paystack, Flutterwave, and MonieFlex to process payments. Your payment information is handled according to their terms and security policies.

We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days notice. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by EarnFlow and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Services for their intended purpose, subject to these Terms.
By posting content on our Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for providing and improving our Services.
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any pending earnings may be forfeited if not withdrawn.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Grounds for termination include:
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall EarnFlow, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the greater of ₦50,000 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EarnFlow and its employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to or use of the Services or these Terms shall be instituted in a state or federal court in Lagos, Nigeria. You and EarnFlow agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of, and agree that venue is proper in, these courts.
Dispute Resolution: Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@earnflow.ng. We will attempt to resolve the dispute through negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue formal proceedings.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Services.
